About Blau Eterea
Blau Eterea S.L. is an independent edition house based in Mallorca, Spain, dedicated to the creation and publication of objects.
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and all purchases made through www.blaueterea.com.

Editions
Blau Eterea publishes limited editions, open editions, made-to-order works, and unique pieces.

Each product page specifies the nature of the edition, availability, estimated production time (where applicable), and the contents accompanying each work.
Because many of our editions are produced in small quantities or made to order, slight variations in colour, texture, material, or finish are inherent to the artisanal process and should not be considered defects.

Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received. Should an edition become unavailable after an order has been placed due to an inventory error or unforeseen circumstances, Blau Eterea will contact the purchaser as soon as possible to propose either a refund or an alternative solution.

Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€). For deliveries within Spain, prices include the applicable VAT.
For orders shipped outside Spain, taxes are calculated according to the destination country and applicable legislation at checkout.

Shipping
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Mallorca, Spain. When an edition is in stock, it is usually shipped within a few working days. Made-to-order editions indicate their estimated production time on the corresponding product page.Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs charges, or local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the shipping costs charged by Blau Eterea.Should a shipment be refused because customs duties or taxes are not paid, any return shipping costs, customs charges, or related expenses may be deducted from the refund.

Returns
Due to the nature of our editions, we ask that purchasers contact us before requesting a return. If your order arrives damaged during transport, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting hola@blaueterea.com, including photographs of both the packaging and the work. Each request will be reviewed individually in order to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Intellectual Property
All texts, photographs, graphic elements, publications, and other content available on this website are protected by copyright. The copyrights of each published edition are shared between its author and Blau Eterea, as specified in the accompanying certificate of authenticity. No content from this website may be reproduced, distributed, published, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
Blau Eterea shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to transport disruptions, customs procedures, natural events, or other force majeure circumstances.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made through it shall be subject to the applicable courts in Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
